Gentle Vibration Conveyance of Material in a Sealed Structure

The Vibro Conveyor uses vibration for transport.

A variety of models are available, including those with forced linear vibration using two Uras Vibrators or those with complete balance to drive vibrators using general-purpose motors.

The Vibro Conveyor provides stable horizontal transport for high-temperature items, items that are subject to wear, or items that produce minute-grain powder or dust.

Features
  1. Simple Construction
    The simple construction of the Vibro Conveyor allows vibration to be applied to a trough using either the Uras Vibrator or an eccentric shaft as the vibrating source.
  2. Conveyance a Wide Range of Materials
    Conveyance can be performed for a wide range from micro-powders to large lumps. The steel plate trough enables conveyance of materials that are subject to wear, high-temperature materials, chemicals, foods, and other items.
  3. Clean Work Environment
    Unlike using a belt conveyor, the transported item will not fall where the belt returns, and the simple enclosed structure maintains a clean work environment.
  4. Easy to Apply
    While the material is being conveyed, it is also possible to perform cooling, drying, heat-retention, or selection. Insertion and discharge can be performed at any desired position.
