Eliminating Bridge in Storage Tanks

The Vibro Hopper is a bin activator that uses Uras Vibrators for vibrating source.

With a cone-shaped internal vibration baffle, the Vibro Hopper enables stable and smooth discharge while preventing powder bridging in the storage tank by transmitting horizontal and vertical movement to the powder.

Features
  1. Continuous Discharge
    Continuous discharge can be achieved with first-in first-out operation because there is no separation in the storage tank.
  2. Reduced Storage Tank Height
    The height of the storage tank can be greatly reduced, because the discharge outlet at the bottom of the stationary storage tank can be enlarged.
  3. Low Noise
    Use of Uras Vibrators for vibrating source enables low noise and high reliability.
